1. General Policy
At D Free Construction Co., L.L.C., we are committed to customer satisfaction. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
2. Service Deposits
Deposits made to schedule services are generally non-refundable. They cover initial costs such as consultation, planning, and material acquisition. However, we may consider a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis under extenuating circumstances.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include re-performing the service or offering a partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction.
4. Cancellations
For service cancellations, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
